We had looked at architects such as Louis Khan, Daniel Libeskind and Tadao Ando. Using wooden blocks, we had experimented with creating a variety of architecture which we was able to link back to their works. We had also worked with the idea of 'balance' - using heavy dense material to made it look light with perspective.
